The Nagoya Plant, which is compatible with people and the Earth, is the symbol of Shiroki’s commitment to protecting the global environment.
At Shiroki, we seek to create a "Manufacturing Utopia" based on the idea of treating both humanity and the world kindly. At the same time, we also pursue creating a "human-friendly" factory environment that puts working people first. The Nagoya Factory is one example of the fruits that come from these labors. Here, we've set up an enormous green park and water pools on-site in an effort to create a pleasant, productive atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding environment. Further, the introduction of the Shiroki solar power system allows us to conserve natural resources and reduce carbon dioxide output, which is connected to global warming. What's more, waste water purification and recycling systems are in place at this factory, as well as anti-noise and vibration measures. We observe antipollution standards above and beyond those required by law. In short, we spare no expense in tackling environmental issues, easily the most important on our management agenda.
